AgesafeHD is The Challenge 25 system that will record each challenged transaction on CCTV without the need for an ID scanner. You can ask your customer if they will raise their ID to one of your cameras and you can personally check the ID for the correct age. This method ensures that the correct age verification procedures are being carried out by your staff and that your full challenges, refusals and proxy purchase logs are maintained.
As well as identifying which of your cashiers are fulfilling the correct procedures. Your customer can also enrol as a regular customer using a biometric fingerprint scan. When the customer returns the original image of the customer presenting their ID will be displayed.

AgesafeHD products use up to 4 High Definition low light level CCTV cameras to capture and store with audio the age challenge. Your CCTV can be stored up to the normal requirement of 28 days or can be automatically purged at 7, 14 or 21 days.
AgesafeHD records the minute before an ID challenge and the minute after a challenge and time stamps the challenge, enabling you to review challenges to ensure correct procedures have taken place. Thus ensuring that illegitimate sales have not taken place, but importantly that you have not lost legitimate sales. You can watch your CCTV footage remotely through the internet or even from your iPhone.
You can take individual stills and either print, email or mms the image.

Once your customer has brought their ID to your operation once, the customer can opt to join your age verification scheme by scanning their electronic fingerprint on the fingerprint scanner. Each time your customer returns to your establishment they simply place their finger on the scanner and this is verified against the original ID.
All original ID's are pixilated to protect data. If you have a group of stores or a nationwide chain you can network AgesafeHD so that your customers can visit each of your branches, confident in the knowledge they will not be embarrassed by a sale refusal and without the inconvenience of needing to bring valuable ID documents such as passports to your establishment.
